Welcome to Sporting Icons Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sporting Icons Ltd Future Icons platform ("Service") provided by Sporting Icons Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into legally binding contracts.

4. Services

Sporting Icons Ltd. allows users to invest in athletes for a share of their future income. The specific details of each investment will be outlined at the time of the investment.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All users must complete KYC verification before receiving any payouts. This process involves providing certain personal identification information, as required by anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.

6. Payouts

Payouts will be made once per year to KYC'd wallets in USDC (USD Coin). The amount and timing of payouts are subject to the specific terms of each investment.

7. User Obligations

As a user, you agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration and KYC process and to update such information as necessary.
